The Associate Director, Facilities Operations & Emergency Management is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Facilities Operations & Emergency Management performs the duties with competence in skills and professionalism treating a variety of ages including pediatrics, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients. The Speech Therapist actively participates in the growth and development of their Department/Clinic including quality management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Emergency Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field is desirable; equivalent professional experience and specialized skills will be strongly considered as an alternative to years of education.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Healthcare facilities, or in a setting that has transferrable skills & responsibilities (e.g. relevant Military Service or Public Service)
- Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP), or Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) designation is preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire date.
