Full-Time | $16–$20 per hour + Tip Share + Performance Bonuses
Marco's Pizza is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager who wants to grow into a General Manager role. This position is designed for strong leaders who want to build their management career with one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in the country.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This is more than a typical assistant manager position. Strong leaders in this role will have the opportunity to fast-track into a General Manager position as the business continues to grow.
In addition to hourly pay, leaders in this role may be eligible for:
• Store tip share program
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Participation in the General Manager bonus pool
Bonus eligibility is tied to store performance including:
• Labor management
• Food cost control
• Overall store profitability
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead shifts and ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Coach and develop team members
• Maintain food quality and speed standards
• Help manage scheduling and labor targets
• Assist with hiring and training new team members
• Support inventory and food cost management
• Deliver excellent guest service and team culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Leadership experience in restaurants, pizza, or quick service preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and solutions-focused
• Someone who wants to grow into a General Manager role
Pizza experience is helpful but not required for strong restaurant leaders.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $16–$20 per hour starting pay depending on experience
