Our caregivers provide in-home support to clients, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life. Services range from companionship to non-medical personal care, depending on each client’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Caregivers assist with a variety of daily living activities, such as:
- Driving clients to appointments or errands
- Providing medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
Caregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, HHA) may also provide hands-on personal care, including:
- Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help with feeding
- Mobility and ambulation support
- Bathing assistance
- Transfers (bed/chair)
- Toileting and incontinence care
Qualifications
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Must successfully complete a background check and reference verification
