What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of dental assistants, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
- Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and growth among the staff, while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
- Stay calm and composed in challenging situations, providing guidance to both staff and patients to ensure a comfortable environment.
- Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the practice, including instruments, procedures, materials, and software (e.g., Dentrix), and lead by example.
- Oversee scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure optimal staffing levels to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with office management and regional leaders on team development, training, and operational strategies.
- Organize monthly team-building activities to strengthen workplace culture and staff morale.
What We Need
- Preferred 2 years of experience managing a team in a dental practice
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for creating a positive and structured work environment.
