Reporting to: Chief People Officer
Your role in the mission:
The Senior HR Generalist is a trusted strategic partner, driving people initiatives that enable organizational success. In this role, you will work closely with leaders and employees across your client group, delivering high-impact talent solutions and shaping a high-performance, engaged workforce.
You will play a critical role in executing and evolving talent management processes, while also taking ownership of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs—ensuring they are competitive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Partnering closely with the Chief People Officer and broader HR team, you will help design, implement, and continuously improve HR programs, systems, and practices that support growth and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for:
HR Business Partnership
·Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned client groups.
·Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
·Support workforce planning and organizational changes within supported business units.
·Lead and manage employee relations matters within assigned groups.
·Collaborate with the Community Partnerships lead to uphold internal and external initiatives
Talent Management Execution
·Execute company talent management processes within supported organizations.
·Facilitate performance review cycles and calibration discussions.
·Support succession planning and development conversations with leadership.
·Partner with the HR Manager to implement talent management programs and initiatives.
·Drive engagement initiatives and follow-up actions within assigned groups.
Compensation & Benefits Management
·Own administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs.
·Lead annual salary review and compensation planning cycles.
·Conduct compensation benchmarking and support pay equity analysis.
·Partner with leadership and finance to manage compensation planning and budgets.
·Work with HR systems to ensure compensation and benefits data accuracy.
What you’ll need:
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
·3-7 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP responsibilities.
·Strong experience with employee relations and manager coaching.
·Experience managing compensation and benefits programs.
·Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
