Job duties:Work remote!
- Manage cases from initial evaluation through final resolution, coordinating strategy and execution at all stages.
- Analyze complex legal issues, including standards of care, through research and collaboration with subject-matter experts.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel to advance matters and resolve issues.
- Conduct and defend depositions, handle arbitration proceedings, argue motions, and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
