We’re looking for a hands-on HR intern to support our growing team in roofing and solar operations. This temporary role offers hands-on exposure across compliance, employee programs, recruiting, and HR systems—ideal for someone interested in a career in Human Resources.
What You’ll Do:
- Support compliance initiatives, including OSHA training tracking and DORA-related requirements
- Help maintain accurate employee records and documentation in our HR system (Rippling), as well as assist with data migration
- Assist in administering employee benefits (enrollment tracking, employee communication, documentation)
- Help coordinate recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support employer branding initiatives (job postings, recruiting materials, improving candidate experience)
- Manage and coordinate workforce development programs, including:
- Tracking employee participation in training and education programs
- Coordinating with external partners (e.g., IECRM and other trade schools)
- Supporting initiatives like annual review cycles and internal development programs
- Assist with onboarding coordination and employee communications
What You’ll Learn:

What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (HRIS, tracking tools, documentation platforms)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong communication skills, including coordination with external partners
- Self-starter who can take ownership of projects
The pay range for this role is:18 - 25 USD per hour(Westminster)
