Pillar Enterprise, a subsidiary of The Berlin Steel Construction Company, is a structural steel and miscellaneous steel fabrication facility located in White Post, VA. We fabricate steel for projects for our parent company throughout the Northeast and in other parts of the country servicing the private commercial, public, institutional, and industrial markets.
We are currently looking for a motivated Fitter/Welder to join our miscellaneous metals shop on our 2nd shift (4:30 pm - 2:30 am). This is a great opportunity to start or enhance your welding career with an Employee-Owned Company that values its team and puts safety first in everything we do. Applicants must be dependable and capable of passing a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Key Responsibilities:
Our fitter/welders are responsible to fabricate steel components by cutting, burning, and welding various metals according to blueprints.
Compensation & Schedule:
· Competitive wages based on experience, paid weekly
· Four (4) Ten (10) hour days, with Fridays for overtime
