Role Overview
Beehive Industries is looking for an energetic and drivenLeadProcurement Analyst– machined and fabricated componentsto execute, build, and scale our Procure-to-Pay processes. This role will partner with various cross-functional leadershipon a daily basisfacilitatingpurchase orders, supplierselection, terms negotiations, and process controls. This role reportsto the Director of Procurement.
What You'll Do...
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers upon Manager approvaland in alignmentwith Procure-to-Pay policy and procedure
- Issue requests to suppliers for quotes, pricing, and terms for direct and indirect purchases; help negotiate scope and lead times
- Work alongside Quality and cross-functional leads to support in supplierselectionand onboarding
- Support in monthly reporting of key Procure-to-Pay processindicators,track supplier PO progress and status, report on turnaround time, cost, quality, and service
- Identify and drive issue resolution throughout end-to-end procurement process (e.g., PO generation, master data maintenance, supplier lead times, goods receipt)
- Work with A/R & A/P Analyst to provide required supplier information to Finance to ensuretimelybilling setup and payment
- Expediting parts at sub suppliersrequiredto support Customer need dates
- Own andmaintaincritical master data – including Supplier Master data and supporting documentation, as well as the Item Master for direct, indirect, and capexpurchasing
- Work with Finance, Quality, and cross-functional leads to help scale and improve Procure-to-Pay processes
- Support the continued design and testing of NetSuite (ERP) implementation as itrelatedto a robust Procurement process.
- Use critical thinking and judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day to-day issue resolution
You have...
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, engineering, or supply chain management
- At least 10 years relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, buying, and / or inventory planning
- Excellent MS Office skills – especially Excel, Word, and PPT
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong understanding of supply chain management andlogistics
- Strong negotiation skills + ability to cultivate strong supplier relationships
- Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative
- Quick learner andhas the ability tostrategically prioritize work
- Experience working in defense procurement operating structure preferred
- Technical aptitude and business acumen
- Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $130,000-$158,000 base salary.
