Physical TherapistProvides physical therapy services and establishes physical therapy plan of care, consistent with GVMH policies and procedures, standards of practice applicable to physical therapy, and applicable Missouri practice act regarding physical therapy services. Works in a team environment to provide consistent, high-quality patient care, primarily in the outpatient setting, with occasional weekend inpatient coverage, as designated by director.
