We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead and oversee clinical operations for our home health agency. This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and effective supervision of the clinical staff.
Responsibilites include:
- Providing clinical leadership and oversight for home health services
- Ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and Oklahoma regulations
- Supervise and support clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, therapists, CNAs)
- Review OASIS, plans of care and clinical documentation
- Oversee quality assurance, patient outcomes and survey readiness
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
