As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of your cabin property. You’ll balance operational excellence with authentic hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves with a story worth sharing.
Key Responsibilities:Lead all day-to-day operations of a busy, high-demand cabin propertyDrive financial performance through strategic planning, forecasting, and cost controlDeliver exceptional guest experiences that feel personal, seamless, and memorableBuild, coach, and inspire a team that embodies hospitality from the heartManage systems including OPERA and MARSHA to optimize reservations and performanceFoster a culture rooted in accountability, engagement, and funAct as the face of the property—connecting with guests, team members, and the local communityPartner with leadership on strategic initiatives, local partnerships, and growth opportunities
Who You Are:3+ years of General Manager experience in hospitality, lodging, or experiential travelA strategic and hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleevesFinancially savvy with a strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, and revenue strategyExperienced with OPERA, MARSHA and MGS systemsAbility to thrice in a dynamic, non-traditional environmentPassionate about guest satisfaction and associate engagementEnergized by fast-paced environments and growing brandsComfortable living and working in a remote, nature-focused settingSomeone who
