We are looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, support our team, and ensure every guest has a sweet and memorable experience.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll help create a positive, efficient, and guest-focused environment while leading the team to deliver the high-quality service and products our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise team members, assign duties, and assist with shift scheduling
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Handle employee attendance issues, including no-shows
- Support training and coaching of new and current team members
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Open and close registers, manage cash handling, and prepare daily deposits
- Communicate any operational issues to management
