What we offer:
- An exciting and structured 24-month graduate programme with International travel opportunities and exposure to projects across a range of locations in Europe
- €35,000 p/a in year one moving to €40,000 p/a in year two
- The Engineers Ireland Professional Skills Programme (or similar accreditation depending on your degree) fully paid for by LPI

Where you will showcase your skills:
We offer a range of graduate streams, including (but not limited to):
- Commercial - Quantity Surveying (QS)
- Engineering - Electrical Engineering, Design Engineering
What you will bring to LPI:
- An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
- Flexibility to travel to our sites in Europe
- Motivation and drive
- Strong personal skills
- Some work experience
- International language is an advantage but not a necessity
The journey:
Your journey with LPI begins by building a strong foundation and smoothly transitioning into the organization, where you’ll learn how LPI operates, how projects are delivered, and how your role fits into the broader business.
As a member of the Graduate Programme, LPI will fully fund your professional development through the Engineers Ireland Professional Skills Programme (or an equivalent qualification for your degree), helping you gain a prestigious certification that sets you apart early in your career.
Through structured rotations, you’ll gain valuable exposure to different areas of the business while working alongside key industry leaders. You’ll then have the opportunity to apply your learning in a real, cross-functional project, developing your commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and overall business understanding.
Finally, you’ll bring everything together in a comprehensive presentation and assessment, positioning you for progression into a permanent role within LPI.

We work on technically complex projects across sectors such as construction, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and data centres - helping to protect people, buildings, and critical operations.
With a strong focus on quality, safety, and delivery, we partner closely with our clients to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
The pay range for this role is:35,000 - 35,000 EUR per year(LPI Head Office Ireland)
