We currently have a career opportunity at our Wisconsin Avenue branch in Appleton for a Part-Time Teller (20 hours/week)!The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.The primary responsibilities of the Teller role include but are not limited to:Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and ValuesProcessing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolutionBuilding member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriateCandidates for the Teller position should possess:One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plusPrevious cash handling or teller experience is preferredKnowledge of credit union products and services is a plusExcellent attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible availability, including rotating SaturdaysWorking knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills requiredIdeal candidates will have
