We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Member Relationship Officer I at our West De Pere branch!The Member Relationship Officer I creates a positive impression and establishes strong member relationships creating a lasting member experience. They assist members with consumer lending needs, new accounts, digital services, account maintenance, processing member transactions and problem resolution. While working with members, they uncover needs, educate members on products and services, and recommend solutions.The primary responsibilities of the Member Relationship Officer I role include but are not limited to:Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and ValuesBuilding and maintaining lasting relationships through conversations, anticipating members’ future needs and exceeding expectationsInterviewing loan applicants and providing underwriting additional information to make loan decisionsAssisting members with their needs by opening and maintaining deposit products and servicesProcessing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolutionEducating members on ancillary loan products, insurance options, and securing appropriate solutions.Achieving assigned goalsProviding members with sound guidance for their financial needs and referring as needed to partnering teams (i.e. Financial Well-being, Mortgage Lending, Investment Services, Treasury Management)Positively representing Fox in the community Candidates for the Member Relationship Officer I position should possess:Minimum of one year of sales and service experiencePrevious financial industry experience is preferred Financial Counselor Certification is a plusStrong communication skills including verbal, written and active listeningSales skills in gaining commitment to products and servicesExcellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and team membersFlexible availability, including rotating SaturdaysProven attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar softwareBranch hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm & Sat. 9am-12pm (every 3rd Saturday) Fox Communities Credit Union is an over $3 billion in assets community-based credit union serving more than 130,000 members at over 20 locations.
