Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install various types of commercial glass products, including entrance doors, storefronts, curtainwalls, vestibules, glass railings, and shower doors.
- Handle and position glass panes using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring precision and safety throughout the installation process.
- Apply sealants, caulking, and weatherproofing materials to ensure the integrity and longevity of installations.
- Cut, fit, and install framing components and glazing materials such as gaskets and spacers.
- Secure glass in frames using clips, moldings, or other types of fasteners, ensuring structural stability and aesthetic appeal.
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and deliver quality installations.
- Interact professionally with clients to address questions, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with completed installations.
Compensation details: 20-35 Hourly Wage
