The Opportunity
This is a rare leadership role for an exceptional operator who thrives both in the store and across multiple locations. You’ll continue to run your home store while serving as the coach, mentor, and performance driver for two additional store managers. The mission is simple but powerful: raise standards, drive results, and develop future leaders.
This role is ideal for someone who loves hands?on leadership, values accountability, and wants real ownership over outcomes—not just oversight.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Coach — Provide real?time coaching on sales, labor, customer experience, and team development.
Drive Operational Excellence — Ensure all three stores consistently execute brand standards
Own Performance — Review KPIs weekly, set goals, build action plans, and hold leaders accountable for results.
Develop Talent — Support hiring, onboarding, and leadership development while building a strong bench for future growth.
Align & Communicate — Act as the bridge between ownership and the stores, rolling out initiatives and sharing insights from the field.
Model the Standard — Maintain full responsibility for your home store while setting the example for operational excellence and leadership.
How the Role Works
Player?Coach Model — Approximately 50–60% of your time is spent leading your home store, with the remaining time focused on district oversight, coaching, and performance management.
Structured Flexibility — A predictable weekly rhythm with store visits, admin time, and leadership check?ins—plus flexibility to support peak periods when needed.
40–50 hours per week, with occassional Saturday presence during peak times.
