The NVRH New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive, hands-on onboarding experience tailored to support new nurses.

What We’re Looking For

- Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Possess (or are eligible for) a Vermont or multi-state Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bring strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability
