Korsmo Construction is looking for an FRONT DESK COORDINATOR in our Tacoma office.

Our Front Desk Coordinator is the primary point of contact who projects a professional and courteous impression to our clients, customers, and to any other guests, both in person and over the telephone and is responsible for providing reception and clerical support.
The position is fulltime (40 hours), and the salary range is $21-25 per hour depending on experience.
Duties may include:
Answers main telephone and routing calls properly. · General office duties include receiving deliveries, sorting, stamping, distributing daily incoming and out-going mail, filing, data entry. · Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Order and oversee office supply inventory.
- Manage and publish the company calendar. Collaborating with marketing for special events.
- Ensure the conference rooms, coffee area, and kitchen are clean, supplies are stocked and shut down at the end of a normal business day.
- Manage subcontractor compliance documentation and tracking.
- Support Administrative tasks as assigned.
- Oversee kitchen supplies and snacks and order replacements as needed.
- Maintain office space and make service calls as needed. Collaborating with Warehouse Manager when needed.
- Manage and distribute (pdf version) the company directory and current job list.

Compensation details: 45000-50000 Hourly Wage
