- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, hiring, or human resources support
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
- Comfortable conducting phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
Bonus Points For:
- Recruiting experience in healthcare, medical, or dental industries
- Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools, automation platforms, or HR technology
- Experience supporting multiple hiring managers or departments
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and collaborative work style

Your Role in Action
As our Recruiting Assistant you will:
- Post and manage job requisitions across multiple job boards and internal systems
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Schedule interviews, prepare candidate materials, and coordinate with hiring teams
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS
- Partner with HR and Operations teams to enhance recruiting strategies and streamline hiring workflows
