Location: Position is based in Forest Hills, PA with extensive local travel throughout Community LIFE service area (mileage reimbursed). See listing of all locations here
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development or similar.
Required Experience: 10+ years total experience in training, talent development, or instructional design, including content creation and program coordination, preferably in a healthcare or social services environment. .
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and operational procedures
- Proven ability to manage complex training initiatives, prioritize diverse tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams required)
- Proficiency with learning technologies: Learning Management Systems (eg. Relias), analytics, AI-driven tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, learner-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within decentralized teams
- Skilled in identifying issues, solving problems, and making sound decisions to support learning outcomes
Required Certifications/Licensing: CPR Instructor Certification (can be obtained after hire). Valid PA Driver’s License.
