Our Lil' Ricci's is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team! We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with you.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assists General Manager to ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards
- Assists the General Manager in the selection of Front of House employees
- Supports the training and development of restaurant employees
- Manages performance of all hourly employees, with an emphasis on Front of House employees, to ensure they are successful in their individual roles
- Responsible for assisting in the completion of general business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
- Promotes the business, builds sales, increases profits, ensures guest satisfaction, and brand integrity

- 1-2 years of experience in a busy restaurant or retail environment
- Leadership experience and skills
