We are currently looking for a full-time Inventory Clerk to join our team.
As the Inventory Clerk, you are responsible for:
- Pulling parts orders for customers and mechanics
- Ordering, receiving, and putting away stock orders
- Arranging for, receiving, pulling, invoicing, and shipping equipment transfers between stores
- Completing monthly inventory cycle counts and assisting with serialized inventory
- Spot checking inventory and re-binning as necessary
- Assisting Parts with billing parts to Work Orders and reservations
- Providing backup to the Parts department as required, including working on a Saturday rotation
- Assisting with completing POs
- Answering a multi-line phone system, responding to inquiries, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments and individuals
- Cleaning and organizing shelves and bins and ensuring customer shelf selection areas stocked, clean and orderly
- Completing end of day cash out according to procedure
You have the following skills and education:
- Previous Inventory experience
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and Windows
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a forklift to put stock orders away
