This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality and supporting production efficiency.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDe-rack parts as they come off the plating linePerform visual inspections to identify obvious defects or nonconformancesAccurately identify, count, and pack parts according to work instructionsReport defects, mislabeling, or incorrect counts to the lead or supervisorMaintain proper workflow to meet production goalsWork effectively in a team-based manufacturing environmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areasPerform additional duties as assignedRequired Competencies, Skills & ExperienceStrong attention to detail with a focus on first-time, unsupervised accuracyPrior manufacturing or inspection experience preferred (training provided)Ability to stand and perform de-racking and inspection tasks for extended periodsWillingness and ability to work overtime as neededEducation & Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWork Environment & Physical DemandsStand, walk, and move throughout the shiftUse hands repetitively to handle and de-rack partsLift and move materials weighing up to 50 poundsTwist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend as requiredEqual Opportunity EmployerMPC Plating is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
