Job Summary
Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our sales team. This is a commission-based role focused on residential HVAC system replacements and comfort solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical HVAC knowledge, including equipment selection and duct layout, and a proven ability to close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with residential customers to assess HVAC comfort needs
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems, ductwork, and airflow
- Design complete HVAC system solutions, including duct modifications when required
- Perform proper system sizing and layout recommendations
- Present options, pricing, warranties, and financing solutions
- Close sales in accordance with company standards and ethical practices
- Document job details, measurements, and scope of work accurately
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain customer follow-up before, during, and after installation
- Use company CRM and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities
