Tombras is hiring a Supervisor, Ad Technologies to lead consumer insights and audience intelligence efforts within the Tombras Operating System (tOS). You'll transform data from our proprietary identity solutions into actionable research—building audience segments, uncovering consumer behaviors, analyzing competitive landscapes, and developing personas that drive strategy. This role partners closely with Media, Creative, and Strategy teams to deliver insights that inform campaigns and win new business.

What you'll be doing:
- Audience segmentation & insights: Build, analyze, and refine audience segments using Zeta and Attain data; translate findings into strategic recommendations for media and creative teams.
- Consumer behavior research: Investigate purchase patterns, media consumption habits, and lifestyle behaviors to uncover opportunities for client brands.
- Competitive & category intelligence: Research competitor positioning, market trends, and category dynamics; synthesize findings into clear, actionable briefs.
- Persona development: Create detailed consumer personas that inform creative direction, messaging strategy, and media targeting.
- Client presentations & storytelling: Present research findings directly to clients; craft compelling narratives that connect data to business outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Media, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics to embed audience insights into campaign planning and execution.
- Team leadership: Mentor and develop 1–2 analysts; set research priorities, review deliverables, and maintain quality standards.
- New business support: Contribute audience insights and research to RFPs and pitch presentations; help differentiate Tombras in competitive reviews.
- Tools you'll use
- Proprietary identity and audience solutions (tID)
- Zeta and Attain data platforms
- Data visualization and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Basic SQL for data queries
- Google Workspace and presentation tools
- Industry research sources and syndicated data
What you bring:
- 4–6 years in Ad Technologies, consumer insights, or related roles within an agency, ad-tech company, or brand; experience leading or mentoring junior team members preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar dashboards).
- Familiarity with audience data platforms (e.g., Zeta, Attain, LiveRamp, or similar identity/data providers).
- Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem—audience targeting, media planning, and measurement basics.
- Curiosity-driven approach with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics.
