Social Worker
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Social Worker to care for our patients!The ideal candidate will be licensed in Missouri. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

Hospice care is about walking loved ones through life while building relationships and bringing joy to the patients. You will get to know the patients, hear their life stories, and help maximize their quality of life.
A typical day will include:
- Assisting and coordinating end-of-life care for patients
- Providing support and resources for family members
Job Requirements:
- Education: Masters in Social Work
- Experience: One year Social Work experience in a health care setting preferred
- Skills: NA
- Licensure/Certification: SAFE training at appropriate level within one year, renew annually, Healthcare Provider CPR within 6 months of employment
- Physical: NA
