Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
General Summary:
This provider is responsible for high quality medical care in a primary care setting for students at Plymouth State University working both independently as well as working collaboratively to coordinate care with the other providers and staff to provide patient and family-centered service.
Essential Job Functions*:

Recognizes and evaluates patients who require the immediate attention of a provider and when necessary, initiates, without supervision, emergency medical treatments.

Demonstrates hospital’s stated mission and values of kindness, collaboration, patient and family-centered, safety, excellence, efficiency and professionalism with co-workers, patients, families and visitors.
Qualifications:
Required.Master of Nursing degree from an accredited institution of Physician Assistant degree.
Preferred:
Required: Experience in a primary care setting.
Required: New Hampshire Board of Nursing licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner of NH licensure as a Physician Assistant.
