Position Summary
The role is responsible for supporting and facilitating the design and implementation of key commercial projects across Tigre’s North American business units. With a strong focus on commercial strategy execution, this position identifies, proposes, and implements best practices, processes, and tools related to each business’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
This role also plays a critical part in standardizing Tigre’s Sales Methodology, Commercial Policy, and commercial planning and execution processes across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Go-To-Market strategies for each business unit, applying Tigre’s framework across key pillars such as Foundation, Customer Vision, Segmentation, Value Proposition, and Service Model.
Develop and deploy Tigre’s Sales Methodology, standardizing sales force training and execution, and cascading best practices through trained commercial leaders.
Partner with the Center of Excellence and regional business units to define and standardize Tigre’s sales model, support tools, and performance monitoring and control processes.
Adapt sales rituals at the local level by collaborating with commercial teams to establish standard procedures aligned with business requirements and local cultural nuances.
Review and analyze commercial policies across business units, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, including pricing practices, benefit policies, and Go-To-Market models.
Lead cross-functional projects indirectly, working collaboratively with business units and commercial managers to drive process transformation, standardization, and sustained execution.
Design, implement, and monitor sales management models using performance indicators applicable across multiple organizational levels.
Analyze market dynamics, identify business needs, and structure data from enterprise systems to provide daily visibility into sales performance and enable more informed, data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
