Who We’re Looking ForMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentCertification as a Dental AssistantStrong verbal and written communication skills
Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
8-Hour Infection Control Certificate (required by California Dental Board)
California Dental Practice Act CertificateProof of current immunizations and TB screeningFluency in another language is a strong plus
Bonus Points For:Familiarity with dental tools, terminology, and proceduresPrevious experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role
Your Role in ActionAs our Certified Dental Assistant you will:Coordinate Preventative Dental Evaluations using tele-health platformsCollect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist reviewServe as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questionsMaintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
