- Support People cycles, including engagement surveys and performance management
- Enhance people management practices through coaching and feedback
- Analyze participation metrics to assess program impact and guide improvements
- Recommend and execute strategies that align with business outcomes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development or talent management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitator with knowledge of adult learning and behavior change
- Proven success in executing development programs at all organizational levels
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions independently
- Adaptable mindset with a focus on achieving outcomes
- Data-driven approach to evaluating program effectiveness
- Thrives in fast-paced environments; strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Experience with learning technologies is preferred
- Certifications in coaching or assessments highly preferred
- Genuine desire to foster a culture of continuous development
