Job description:
Concrete Production Openings
We are looking for individuals with good attendance records, comfortable working with their hands and doing physical work.
Hours:
Shifts start at either 6 a.m. or 7a.m. M-F. Work till concrete sets which ideally is around 3:30 pm or will roll into overtime. Occasional overtime on Saturdays
Salary: $18.00 with + $1/hr increase after 90 days with good attendance
Bonus eligibility of additional $3/hr increasing your rate to $21/hr when you have perfect attendance for the week. After 90 days becomes $22/hr. Available first week of employment if meet requirements

Duties for Concrete Production and Pouring
Mix and pour concrete into prepared forms
Assist with removing product from molds/forms
Clean and oil all forms
Maintain and utilize the forms properly
Perform daily work area clean up
Good attendance and dependability
Essential Functions:
Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to seventy-five (75) pounds comfortably).
GED or High School Diploma preferred, on-the-job training provided
