Description:
Position Summary: Prep, wash and dry dishes in the kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:
- Follow the direction of the kitchen supervisor
- Wash all dishes applicable from the day
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning
- Dry and replace dishes in organized fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

- Kitchen Supervisor
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain workers permit if still in school
- Ability to lift heavy items, ranging from 5 to 30 lbs, and handling knives, etc.
- Ability to comprehend and follow all company procedures and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- A courteous and efficient approach to handling customer requests, questions, and complaints.
- Bilingual a plus.
Work Environment:
- Store Climate can range, averaging 70-78 degrees, freezer and walk-ins low as 20 degrees.
- Moderate level noise.
Travel:
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly stand, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours per day
