The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities to include inventory control, loss prevention, as well as shipping and receiving documentation. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record.
RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the rotation of inventory within the warehouse by preparing shipments, stage and verify incoming material, and use powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.)Load and unload goods to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles in an organized and efficient mannerNotify managers of any major maintenance issues encounteredProperly use Timekeeping App to ensure appropriate and accurate time-management Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company's safe lifting practices and standard operating proceduresEnsure that all safety procedures remain a priority by maintaining a clean and organized workspaceObtain and maintain forklift certification
REQUIREMENTS High school diploma/GED requiredMUST be a team player1+ years of prior warehouse and forklift experienceMust pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug testAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. at a timeAble to operate GPS, an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.Disciplined, dependable, and resourcefulCustomer service skills and ability to represent the company in an appropriate manner
