We are seeking a Bookkeeping Office Manager to support our Finance Department and overseeday-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers,streamlining processes, and providing organizational support across teams.The Bookkeeping Office Manager will work closely with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysisand be cross-trained with other finance staff to ensure smooth operations across all aspects of thedepartment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and vendor relationshipsMaintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online records, including bank reconciliationsSupport the finance team with administrative and operational tasksCoordinate office management functions and ensure efficient workflowProvide support to staff, customers, and ownership as neededCollaborate with finance leadership on reporting and process improvementsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)1+ years of QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience requiredStrong data entry and organizational skillsExperience with ServiceTitan,

Monday.com, and ADP Run a plusProfessional and friendly telephone presence; ability to manage multiple linesUnderstanding of business and employer-facilitated insurances (health, auto, general liability, etc.)Fleet vehicle management experience preferred, but not requiredProficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and DriveOpenness to, or experience with, AI applications such as ChatGPT
