The Role at a GlanceThe Logistics Coordinator manages warehousing services for Hilldrup’s commercial storage clients by coordinating orders, deliveries, and documentation. Serving as the primary client contact, this role ensures satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and detailed reporting. Responsibilities include updating registrations, preparing invoices, monitoring schedules, and ensuring accurate data entry.
How You’ll ContributeIn this role, you will register and coordinate projects, manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, and maintain accurate delivery and receiving records. As the main point of contact for clients, you’ll handle phone and email communications to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our warehousing services.You will work closely with account reps, operations and warehouse staff, sales teams, and clients to schedule local deliveries, update project information, and track necessary documentation. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, monitoring project timelines, and keeping clients informed at each stage while proactively addressing any issues that may arise.You’ll also handle billing-related tasks such as gathering supporting documents, entering job expenses into the system, and ensuring accurate allocation of costs and revenues for each commercial project. Your familiarity with project details will be key to maintaining accurate records and supporting proper invoicing.Cross-training with team members will be part of your routine to ensure flexibility and continuity within the department. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication will contribute directly to client satisfaction and operational success.
