Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our engineering and technical teams with top-tier talent. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.You'll own the entire recruiting function establishing foundational processes. You'll create the playbooks, frameworks, and operational foundations that will help the organization scale.
What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized roles such as AI/ML engineers, distributed systems architects, backend infrastructure engineers, product, and other technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Provide timely feedback and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Maintain and optimize our ATS (Rippling) to track candidates and recruitment metrics.
- Develop and refine interview processes and evaluation criteria for technical roles.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within in-house environments for startups in AI.
- A strong track record of successfully filling AI/ML,research teams (speech/voice), product, and other technical roles.
- Experience scaling recruiting functions through rapid growth phases.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Rippling experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and evaluate technical qualifications.
- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and the ability to operate with autonomy.

Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
The pay range for this role is:140,000 - 175,000 USD per year(Remote (United States))
