Pay range: $100,000 - $110,000
Responsible for obtaining and documenting health and occupational health history, including performing annual health requirements. Provides assistance in alternate duty assignments, immunizations, vaccinations, reviewing and communicating lab results, and data collection and reporting.
Qualifications: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Minimum of 2 years prior nursing experience with experience in occupational health preferred. Additional knowledge of disease control is required. Knowledge of CDC Guidelines, JC Regulations, NYSDOH Regulations, and OSHA Standards. . Must have current New York State Registered Nurse license.
