Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior remodeling work, with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms.
- Perform demolition, framing, millwork, and cabinetry installations (faceframe and frameless).
- Install a wide range of finishes: drywall, flooring, paint, and specialty wall panel systems (Onyx, Wetwall, porcelain, thin stone).
- Install a wide range of accessibility products in kitchens and baths aiding client's safety.
- Collaborate closely with sub-trades and design staff to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Maintain a professional, respectful presence in client homes.
- Coordinate daily with the team and manage tools, materials, and job site readiness.
- Adapt to new systems and learn advanced installation techniques unique to DreamMaker.
- Demonstrate consistent planning and time management to maximize project efficiency and earnings.
Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in high end residential remodeling.
- Strong skills in interior renovations, especially kitchens and baths.
- Proficient with various installation methods and material types.
- Light plumbing or electrical skills are a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating with clients and team members.
- Self-starter with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with clean record (no DUI in past 3 years).

Schedule
- Full-Time, Year-Round
- Monday - Friday
Work Location
- Report to the St. Louis Park office daily to pick up materials and company vehicle
- Work on job sites across the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metro area
- Return vehicle to office at end of workday
