Based in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, you’ll work alongside a passionate and collaborative team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end ASP process and providing timely and efficient administration support relating to client management.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the Dovida brand by building trust, taking the lead and sharing your heart in all interactions.
- Manage approved service provider (ASP) administration, including creating purpose orders, maintaining contracts, and ensuring compliance through Netsuite.
- Liaise with ASPs and Finance to oversee invoicing and the ordering of client consumables as directed by Care Managers.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Care Managers including scheduling client reviews, managing diaries, preparing care packs and maintaining accurate records.
- Mintor and update client information.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold Dovida’s quality standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About you
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
- Demonstrate strong administrative and business management capabilities, with high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in the use of technology and business systems.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bring relevant experience or understanding of care services for older people, supported by a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
