Night Warehouse Inventory Clerk/Truck Loader Position - SGC Foodservice

Springfield Grocer Company is looking for a Warehouse Invoicing Clerk/Truck Builder at our distribution center located in Tulsa, OK.  If selected for this position you will be required to train at our Springfield, MO location for a minimum of two weeks.
Hourly Rate: $17.00
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, starting at 5:00 PM until work is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all assignments, duties and situations in a professional manner.
 - Assign and monitor order selector routes.
 - Pick and process routes to give to selectors including highlighting critical customers, placing truck assignments for routes on cover sheets, and checking off pre-pulls for specific routes.
 - Key in add on orders for specific approved customers.
 - Enter data on the Spreadsheets daily including; production information, errors, averages.
 - Perform basic wearable maintenance including changing batteries and re-setting wearable gun units.
 - Sign out forklift driver scan guns and all night selector equipment.
 - Manage the equipment sign out and sign in process.
 - Properly invoice, including entering catch weights, substitutions, and outs.
 - Receiving returns from transportation and routing those credit memos.
 - Put together driver packets for route drivers, including invoices, add-ons and any flyers for delivery to customers.
 - Make changes, adjustments, and substitutions to route paperwork in the system, then invoice routes for billing.
 - Look up product availability and acceptable substitutions for selectors.
 - Run all end of day queries and reports, collate and place in assigned locations.
 - Separate and collate all routes with proper paperwork in assigned route slot for driver pick-up.
 - Communicate with drivers on any route changes, new customers, or any other circumstances that might affect our customers and their delivery.
 - Assist transportation with various tasks as needed.
 - Responsible for working until relieved. This may require working longer than scheduled shift.
 - Assist management with entering data into our time management system for night warehouse personnel.
 - Monitor incoming warehouse phone calls and distribute them accordingly.
 - Perform various additional tasks as directed by management personnel.
 - Holiday, Weekend and Overtime work may be required
 - Excellent attendance and adherence to work schedule.
 - Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices, Company Policies and Safety procedures.
 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 - Strong organizational and customer service skills.
 - Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical concepts.
 - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
 - Foodservice experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate.
