SUMMARY: The Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) provides administrative and clinical supervision to all employees that are practicing CRSW's (Certified Recovery Support Worker) and ensures that quality services are being provided to clients. The CRSW also is responsible for maintaining clients, ensuring accuracy of billing, and making sure the quality performed is consistent and aligned with Anew Behavioral Health's expectations. The CRSW will also be responsible for a caseload of clients that have a Substance Use Disorder.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client centered.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify substance use issues and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Manage case assignments, collaborate with the treatment team in the development of treatment plans, and review
case progress regularly.
• Advocate for clients, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their clinical status and treatment
options.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with therapists, prescribers, nurses, clients, and client support network to ensure all client behavioral
health needs are met.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals while ensuring
documentation for all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes follow agency and regulatory
guidelines.
• Attend and participate in weekly clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with nursing staff in the collection and packaging of urine drug screens (UDS).
• Participate in ongoing training and education to remain informed of best practices in the field of addiction treatment. • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with the agency's values and mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
Supervision Given:
The CRSW does not supervise.
Supervision Received:
The CRSWS reports to the Site Manager with clinical supervision for LADC from the LADC Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The CRSWS must have excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize online EHR and HRIS platforms. The CRSWS must have knowledge of Certified Recovery Support Worker processes and responsibilities. The CRSWS must also understand and follow HIPAA and HIPAA 42CFR compliance.
Education: A High school diploma with experience noted below is required. A bachelor's degree in a closely related field is preferred.
Certification:
Certified Recovery Support Worker and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role and 1 year of experience providing services to clients.
Physical Effort:
Requires sitting for long periods of time, viewing computer monitors, and keyboarding. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
Background:
Must pass all Federal and State background checks. Other background checks will be conducted for licensures and certifications according to company policy.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
