About the Role
Verifast is seeking a data-driven Marketing Growth Lead to own the entire customer acquisition funnelfrom cold lead generation through to sales conversion. Reporting to the CMO, this role requires someone who can set strategic growth goals and then execute them directly, in partnership with our cold email platform and media agency. This role is perfect for a marketing pro who thrives on numbers, loves testing, and knows how to turn data into meaningful growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer with experience in SaaS or fintech, capable of connecting outbound email, website traffic, and retargeting campaigns into a cohesive growth engine. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, comfort with experimentation, and a focus on measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute full-funnel digital growth campaigns (paid media management across search, social & programmatic)
- Analyze performance data to optimize conversion rates and ROI (own A/B testing, landing page performance)
- Own search strategy by combining SEO fundamentals with an understanding of how LLMs are reshaping discovery and search to boost visibility, rankings, and inbound traffic, ensuring Verifast stays ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with external partners (email platform, media agency) for campaign execution
- Translate marketing insights into actionable strategies
- Report on growth KPIs to the CMO and drive continuous improvement (build and manage a digital performance dashboard)
What We're Looking For:
- 7–12 years in marketing, with a focus on growth marketing
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or fintech growth
- Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, website, retargeting/paid media) and working with agencies/platforms
- Comfortable both strategizing and executing campaigns
- Analytical mindset loves data, dashboards, and tying marketing activity to revenue
- Comfortable co-owning pipeline targets with Sales Rev Ops
- Curious, scrappy, and experiment-driven thrives in a fast-paced growth environment

The pay range for this role is:90,000 - 120,000 CAD per year(Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario, CA))
