Location: Nicholasville, KY (Onsite, In-Office)
Base Hourly: $20-$25 based on experience + Monthly Commission Based on Sales Volume
Schedule(please read carefully):
Regular Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8AM-5PM.
Wednesdays: 8AM-5:45PM. The additional 45 mins is to engage in company provided sales coaching sessions.
Rotating once a month schedule:
Mon-Fri: 8AM-6PM
Saturday: 9AM-12PM
About the Role – What You'll Be Doing
The Counter and Phone Sales Representative is responsible for selling auto parts to customers either over the counter or by phone. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage inquiries across multiple platforms. Representatives play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate, timely, and solution-focused service using sales software and inventory tools.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails from customers
- Check inventory availability and pricing using internal tools and systems
- Sell auto parts over the phone and in person, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Follow up and complete sales from CCC and other platform requests
- Maintain accurate communication and transaction records in system
- Review and respond to leads from online platforms regularly
- Participate in daily meetings and contribute to sales performance reviews
- Provide solutions and offer warranty/labor options when applicable
- Maintain organized notes and consistent updates in sales software
- Continuously improve knowledge of inventory codes, interchange, and software updates
- Communicate customer feedback to the management team to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as inventory and marketing, to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
- Adapt effectively when working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and language backgrounds.
- Remain flexible and positive in a dynamic work environment that may involve shifting responsibilities, priorities, or workflows.

Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

- Ability to remain professional and composed while handling difficult customers or stressful situations
