iEducate is seeking Tutor Supervisors to support and directly manage tutors' work, ensuring
program effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with school expectations. This role serves as
the direct point of contact for tutors, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and
guidance.
Salary Range: $1000 per tutor per semester with a guarantee of $13,000 per semester
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee tutor adherence to attendance, data submission, and program policies.
Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development to enhance
tutor effectiveness.
Analyze program and tutor data to inform decision-making and implement best practices.
Address performance concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
Serve as the primary liaison between tutors and school stakeholders to ensure smooth
operations.
Onboard and collaborate with school personnel to implement the iEducate model with
fidelity.
Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor program success, address concerns, and
discuss improvement strategies.
Ensure clear communication between schools, districts, and tutors regarding
expectations, scheduling, and program execution.
Support tutor selection and interviewing.
Attend trainings and staff meetings in both face-to-face and virtual settings
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in education field or Bachelors with commensurate experience
Teaching Certificate required; Principal and T-TESS Certification preferred.
7+ years in education, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
Proven leadership in developing, implementing, and improving educational programs.
Strong experience in coaching and mentoring staff, particularly in tutoring or education.
Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making and program development.
Effective collaboration with school leaders, coordinators, and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor tutors while upholding program standards.
