About the role
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer-Software Development, you will lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing frameworks across our software stack. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about building scalable, maintainable test systems.

As a RADICL Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will:
- Architect and implement automated test frameworks using tools like Playwright and custom built frameworks in Golang and Typescript.
- Develop and maintain test suites for Web, API, Data Pipeline, Data Integrity and Scalability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct performance, security, and accessibility testing using modern tools.
- Analyze test results and generate actionable reports using advanced analytics.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test-driven development (TDD) practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in automation and QA.[Add Specific Job Duties]
Your skillset/experience should include:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience in software testing and automation.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
- Strong programming skills in Typescript and/or Golang or a strong desire to learn.
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with API testing and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Postman).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools and ML-based test generation.
- Knowledge of security testing automation (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks and synthetic data generation.
- DevOps experience and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
