SUMMARY: In the Customer Service Department, your role will be providing high level service to our customers in a professional, efficient, and timely manner to ensure overall satisfaction. This position will include data entry, phone/email communications and scheduling daily in a fast-paced work environment.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Data entry surrounding service requests for our customers
- Respond to various communications in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed
- Assist customers with order resolutions
- Work harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved
- Proofread data and ensure accuracy
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and work well with others in a team setting
- Experience in the building/flooring/construction industry a PLUS, but not required.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a MUST

$20.00/hour
