We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced Plumbing and HVAC service environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of administrative experience, preferably within construction, mechanical contracting, or field service operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service technicians
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Process work orders, purchase orders, and billing/invoicing
- Maintain service records, job files, and closeout documentation
- Assist with payroll and job costing entries
- Support management with reporting and daily administrative tasks
