At Scoutbee, we're building the world's most intelligent supplier discovery and qualification platform, powered by AI and backed by a rapidly growing network of global buyers and suppliers. We're growing fast and hiring a Product Manager to drive activity and engagement across our buyer-supplier marketplace. In this role, you'll ensure buyers are actively using the platform to find suppliers and publish sourcing events, while keeping suppliers engaged and aligned with demand. The result: real value for suppliers, better outcomes for buyers, and a marketplace that grows sustainably over the long term.
This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role. You'll work across product, growth, supplier experience, and customer success - connecting the dots to unlock marketplace potential. You'll engage with senior leaders, shape segment-specific strategies, and lead programs from concept to execution.
Your role in our beehive:
- Own a defined product area end-to-end from discovery to shipped features.
- Partner with design and engineering to bring clarity, focus, and alignment to every release.
- Run buyer and supplier interviews to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
- Develop and validate hypotheses through prototypes, experiments, and live product tests.
- Prioritize and maintain a clear product backlog, balancing impact with velocity.
- Translate insights into specs and drive execution from planning to QA to launch.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure smooth handoff, demo readiness, and internal alignment.
- Define and track success metrics that connect product outcomes to company goals.
What you bring to our beehive:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or enterprise software.
- Strong discovery and delivery skills comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
- A clear, concise communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings.
- Curiosity and empathy for users you actively seek insight and feedback.
- Experience analyzing product data to inform prioritization and iteration.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-changing, early-stage environments.
- Bias for action you prefer to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or B2B marketplaces.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered search or discovery products.
What success looks like:
- Within 3 months: You've established strong collaboration rhythms across design and engineering, gained fluency in the product, and shaped a clear roadmap for your area.
- Within 6 months:You've shipped 2–3 impactful features that drive buyer or supplier adoption and retention, and validated a repeatable usage pattern supporting product-market fit.
- Within 12 months: You've built a high-confidence feedback and experimentation loop, and your product area is contributing meaningfully to Scoutbee's growth and Coupa integration strategy.
